All three boys who died in the fatal wreck in Northwest Lubbock County on Friday, attended elementary schools in the Frenship School District. Monday will be the first day of school since the crash and school officials are busy preparing to help students, faculty, and staff deal with the tragedy.
Rhonda Dillard is the principal at Bennett Elementary, where one of the boys attended 3rd grade.  She says Fabian Sanchez was one of her favorite students and she also knew his two brothers Xavier Sanchez and Isaac Gutierrez.  She says all three boys and their parents made up a very special, loving family.  She says losing one child in a school district is tragic enough, but losing three at one time is devastating so, the district will be offering special counseling to the students and faculty who need help coping with the extreme loss.
