Carolyn Oglesby of Northeast Lubbock said her boyfriend stole some $6,600 dollars worth of jewelry and guns from her and then pawned them.

Because of the dollar amount and the fact that firearms are involved, the boyfriend could be facing felony charges.

Lubbock PD said they have investigated the case and are turning it over to the Lubbock District Attorney's Office.

Oglesby said she just wants justice.

"
I just feel it's been very unfair to me," said Oglesby.  "I work hard everyday. That's why I feel it's not justified this way."

No word on when or if the a grand jury will see the case.

The items were pawned in Wichita Falls and right here in Lubbock.  The shops are holding the items until court matters are cleared.
