Swine Flu Affecting Travel Plans

A previously unknown strain of swine flu continues to spread across the country, raising fears of a pandemic.
Here in Lubbock though, still no confirmed cases of the strain, but that's not stopping folks from altering their travel plans to places where the virus has been confirmed.
Traveling to Mexico, where swine flu is being blamed for as many as 100 deaths, is no longer a vacation destination for many.
"We have a lot of clients traveling, a lot of clients traveling to Mexico and we've had, I'd say in the past couple of days, we've talked to a handful that have wanted to change to other destinations," Ronnie Miller with National Travel- American Express says.
Even though no one has died from swine flu in the United States, the Lubbock Health Department is still warning folks to see a doctor if you have flu-like symptoms.
