Aikman, Moon, Inducted Into Pro Football Hall of Fame

(Canton, OH) -- Five ex-players and a coach-turned-broadcaster are the newest members of the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio. Former Cowboys Troy Aikman and Rayfield Wright, Giant Harry Carson, late defensive end Reggie White, quarterback Warren Moon made up the players in the Class of 2006. Raiders head coach and revered broadcaster John Madden rounded out the group. Moon is the first African-American quarterback to be enshrined in Canton. Also in broadcasting, Lesley Visser was honored with the Pete Rozelle Radio-Television Award. She becomes the first woman recognized by the Hall of Fame.
