Police investigate a suspicious death in Central Lubbock.  Officers responded to a dead body call around 6:15 Monday night, after a man came home to find his girlfriend, a 29-year-old white female, deceased inside their home at 4613 Belton Avenue.  Initially, police did not initiate a homicide call-out because they found no obvious signs of foul play, but eventually the woman's young age and some inconsistencies uncovered by first responders, prompted officials to take a deeper look at why the woman died.  Again, police have not ruled the woman's death a homicide, they are handling it as a death investigation.  We'll keep following the story and bring you the latest.
