A Lubbock man wanted in connection with the city's recent shootings is now in police custody.
20-year-old Bradley Davis was arrested at the Ponderosa Apartments Tuesday morning and is being held in the Lubbock County Jail for aggravated robbery. The warrant states Davis was involved in the May 19th robbery on the 6200 block of 22nd Street. That robbery resulted in the death of 23-year-old Aldo Cervantes. But detectives still believe 31-year-old Tyrone Robinson was the trigger-man in all three recent homicides.
Sgt. Jim Pachall, LPD:
"More than anything is Tyrone's interviews with our detectives. He specifically said he's the primary actor in all four of the shootings...three of which were homicides."
Robinson apparently told police before his suicide that he owned the gun involved in all of the shootings, and detectives say that's the evidence linking him to all three murders.
