Trial Continues for Kenneth Wilcox, Day Two

In Lubbock Federal Court today, the trial continues in the case of 41-year-old Kenneth Wilcox -- the man accused of kidnapping three Lubbock children back in October.

It was an emotional day as jurors heard from all three children involved, as they took the stand and testified against the man they say kidnapped them and held them against their will.

Day two of the Wilcox kidnapping trial brought all three children involved to the stand. Wilcox is accused of taking a 14-year-old, an 11-year-old, and a 9-year-old in October. They say they left with Wilcox -- with consent from their parents -- thinking they were headed to the Dallas area for a trip to Six Flags.

Police found the group in Southwest Oklahoma four days later. In those days -- the kids say Wilcox told them stories of how he was protecting them from friends who would put all three into a sex trade, or skin them alive. A soft-spoken now 12-year-old -- the one authorities say Wilcox paid special attention to -- told the defense Wilcox demonstrated on her body how the supposed 'friends' skinned people by running his hands over her, but maintains he never touched her inappropriately. However -- later on the stand, she said she thought there was a point where she thought he tried -- but she stopped him.

The kids also say Wilcox told them there was a million dollars buried somewhere in the woods, they were forced to dig for the money, under the idea that Wilcox would pay them. The prosecution presented a check written to the then 11-year-old for one million dollars, Wilcox apparently claimed that check was a gift.
