State School Death

Lubbock Police are investigating the suspicious death of Lubbock State School resident that happened on Saturday.
Mike Nicholson, 46, fell according to Department of Aging and Disabled Services Saturday afternoon and CPR was administered by State School staff.
Nicholson died on the scene.
Police investigators said Nicholson had been in some type of fight that day, but the Lubbock County Medical Examiner's Office found no trauma that result in death on Nicholson's body.
The medical examiner is waiting for test results to come back before making a declared cause of death.
