The Lubbock City Council will be voting on new alcohol ordinances tomorrow.

This decision could end the civil lawsuit filed business owners on the strip.

The new ordinance would expand square footage a store can use to sell alcohol in some zones and lift limitations on others.

Business owners of the strip say the current ordinances do not follow state law.
