Two men and one woman are in jail, charged with the murder of 32 year-old James Ledbetter. The three charged are 50 year-old Albaro Castillo, 38 year-old Armin Tavarez and 40 year-old Delia Silva. Police tell us early Wednesday morning around 1:30 a fight broke out at Ledbetter's home in the 6900 block of County Road 6300, near Shallowater. They believe one of the three charged, stabbed Ledbetter in the thigh, and he was pronounced dead on the scene.

"He was a good guy, he was a good working guy. Everytime I looked at him, big smile, always laughing, joking around stuff like that. But whenever I heard it was him, I was like man I can't believe it," says neighbor Chris Garcia.

Ledbetter's family says they'll make funeral arrangements Thursday.
