The Lubbock Citizen's Advisory Committee today voted on items for a November bond election. Among those items voted for recommendation include several road construction projects, a new soccer complex, 4 new splash pools and 3 new fire stations. Committee member, Maurice Stanley says they did their best to address the needs of Lubbock Residents.

Stanley says, "ya know we didn't solve all of the needs by any stretch of the imagination...we had to look at what we thought this money would be best suited for right now."

The total amount of the proposal came to more than 60 million dollars.
