The community is still coming together to help out the family of fallen officer Corporal D. Robert Harvey.

You'll remember Harvey was killed in a fiery crash after a suspected drunk driver hit his patrol car head on.  Now, his wife and two young sons have been coping with the help of the entire law enforcement community and Lubbock citizens as well.  Today, the Lubbock Gunslingers organized a concert and barbecue at the Blue Light with all the proceeds going directly to the Harvey family fund.

Jerry Randall, Lubbock Gunslingers:
"We're all either active or retired law enforcement officers so any time something like this happens, especially to an officer where we have a chapter, we try to do something for the family."

Stacy Harvey, Husband Killed in Line of Duty:
"Most of these guys are all law enforcement, or EMT's or firefighters...and I think this is awesome that they come together for a cause like this and I'm really honored that they would think to do this for my husband.  He would be so thrilled....so thrilled."

Donations can still be made at any City Bank location under the Corporal D. Robert Harvey fund.
