No charges will be filed in the death of 22-year-old Juan Miguel Deleon.

Deleon was killed just over a month ago from injuries he suffered in a fight near his central Lubbock home.

Detectives presented the case to the Grand Jury, who decided there just wasn't enough evidence to charge anyone for Deleon's death.

Deleon's sister tells us her family is devestated no one will be held responsible for her brother's death.

"I wanted justice and this is not justice. I want somebody to pay for what they did to my brother, somebody needs to pay," Angelica Gutierrez says.

Investigators say they will re-open the case if new evidence surfaces.
