Dodging the DWI Blood Test

Several people suspected of DWI have been given blood tests to prove that they were drunk, but one man beat the blood test on a technicality.
The Lubbock man was set free because proper procedures were not carried out in securing the warrant for his blood sample.
Lawyers for the accused man say there was question over whether or not the blood was drawn before or after the warrant was signed.
Defense lawyers in Texas have been arguing that the legislature needs to set up proper procedures if the new alcohol blood test laws are to be fair.
