Three people have been arrested after a shooting early Friday morning that left one man in critical condition.
Police are now investigating three different crime scenes.
They say 22-year-old Edward Lee was following three men in his car after he witnessed some sort of possible criminal activity at Fast Eddie's pool hall near University Avenue and South Loop 289.
We're told Lee and two others in his car, followed the men North on University to 50th Street, when at least one of the suspects got out of the car and began punching Lee's car window.
Apparently Lee called police at that point to report what had happened and continued to follow the suspects to 71st and Avenue T.
That's when one of the suspects got out of their vehicle and shot Lee in the abdomen.
Philip Oxford, Justin Crouch and Bobby Furr are in Police custody, charged with aggravated assault.
