A Central Lubbock car shop needs your help identifying a thief. The burglary happened back in July at A-Ivie's Transmission Service at 19th and Avenue Q. Owner Jim Ivie installed the video surveillance about a week before the burglary. He released the video, hoping someone might recognize the suspect. Ivie originally installed eight cameras to keep a watch on employees.

"I use it as a management tool. That way I can tell what my people are doing when they're doing it and what they're not doing when they are doing it. And that works pretty well," says Ivie.

He's been in business for almost 40 years, and in that time the shop has only been robbed three times.
