Covenant CEO to Resign

COVENANT HEALTH SYSTEM CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER MELINDA CLARK HAS ANNOUNCED HER RESIGNATION.
CLARK WAS HIRED AS THE C-E-O TWO YEARS AGO AND IS LEAVING TO PURSUE A JOB OUTSIDE OF LUBBOCK.
  DAVID SEIM IS THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AT THE HOSPITAL ... HE SAYS "THERE HAVE BEEN SIGNIFICANT CHALLENGES IN THE HEALTH CARE INDUSTRY ... AND WE HAVE BEEN FORTUNATE TO HAVE MELINDA NAVIGATE US THROUGH THIS DIFFICULT PERIOD."
  CLARK IS THE THIRD C-E-O TO RESIGN FROM COVENANT IN THE PAST FIVE YEARS.
  HER RESIGNATION IS EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 30TH.
