Mickey Patterson Back In Lubbock

An accused murderer is back in Lubbock.

Mickey Patterson's accused of killing two former Lubbock State School employees. A jail transport crew arrived in Lubbock Sunday afternoon. They brought Patterson here all the way from Bend, Oregon. Police say Patterson's responsible for killing former Lubbock State School employees Peggy Merimon and Kay Harrelson back in 2006. Harrelson's body-- found shortly after her disappearance, but police have yet to find Merimon's. Merimon's daughter says this is just the beginning of their search for justice.

"We are hoping that Mickey will take responsibility and tell us where she's at so we can have that closure and we can move on and hopefully justice can be served," says Natosha Davis, Merimon's daughter.

Patterson's bond is set at $10 million.
