As part of the November bond election voters will decide this Tuesday if Lubbock gets brand new soccer fields. Wednesday evening supporters of the measure rallied at the Market Street at 98th and Quaker Avenue. New soccer fields are an issue they say has been passed up too many times. They say the new fields would bring in big tournaments that would pump millions back into the local economy. The issue is proposition 4 on the local ballot.
