A Lubbock man faces a capital murder charge after a rampage through an Amarillo bar where a British tourist was gunned down.
25-year-old Ray Carlos Cisneros was arrested Friday, after leading Amarillo Police on a 19-hour man-hunt. Police say Cisneros stormed into the Spotted Pony Lounge in Amarillo firing shots killing 28-year-old Thomas Reeve of England on November 5th.
Police say Cisneros also shot another man in the hand attacked several patrons and sexually assaulted a woman. Now locals here at home who live near Cisneros' old residence say they aren't suprised.
"When we first came over here to look at the house, me and my sister, he was here and he was getting the rest of his stuff out of the house. And I really didn't know him, I've heard of him but I really didn't know him but he's somebody I really didn't trust."
Cisneros is being held in the Potter County Detention Center in Amarillo.
