A Lubbock couple is facing felony charges in what police are calling a major credit card abuse operation.  Investigators say the couple bought more than $30,000 in merchandise and services with stolen credit card numbers.   Police say 25-year-old Crystal Parham Zapata was an employee for Shop NBC, taking phone orders from all across the country.  Zapata is accused of keeping several customer's credit card information and using it to purchase items online including a $6,000 trip to Las Vegas.   She turned herself in last week and bonded out of jail, but Lubbock police is still looking for her husband Jose Zapata.  Police have confirmed 5 victims on the east coast, but say there could be many more.  The couple is facing state jail felony charges of credit/debit card abuse, punishable by up to 20 years in jail.
