Red Raiders Shell Texas-Arlington, 15-7

MIDLAND - The Tech baseball team continued their domination of the diamond on Friday, beating Texas-Arlington, 15-7, in the Midland Collegiate Classic. Texas-Arlington jumped out to the early lead, getting five runs off of Tech started Aaron Odom in the second inning. But Tech would blow the game wide open in the fourth by scoring six runs and never looked back. Zach Butler (1-0) got the win for Tech, allowing a run and four hits in six innings of relief. Tech (8-3) face Oral Roberts in Midland on Saturday at 5 p.m.
