Sooners Beat Tech, 60-59

Oklahoma held off Texas Tech 60-59 on Wednesday night to deny Marsha Sharp a win in her final regular-season home game as the Lady Raiders head basketball coach. Courtney Paris record a triple-double and set the freshman rebounding record in the win. Paris, a candidate for national player of the year, scored 18 points, grabbed 13 rebounds and blocked ten shots for the Sooners, who became the first team to go undefeated in the Big 12. She grabbed her record-breaking 444th rebound of the season late in the game. LaToya Davis scored 27 points and had ten rebounds to lead the Lady Raiders. Tech finishes the season with a 14-13 regular season record and 9-7 in the conference.
