A Lubbock Grand Jury indicted former Texas Tech wide-out, Brandon Douglas, today on charges of aggravated assault. Which is a second degree felony.
In a police report obtained by KLBK-13, Douglas assaulted another man on February 24. The report states Douglas struck the victim with a metal folding chair which hit him on his right shoulder.
Douglas was officially dismissed from the Red Raider Football team later in the spring.
If this case goes to trial, and Douglas is found guilty, he could face 2-20 years in prison.
