KNIGHTSITDOWNPT.1.movFF2008-02-28-1204246304.jpgBristol, CT (Sports Network) - Legendary basketball coach Bob Knight will join ESPN as a men's college basketball studio analyst in March for postseason tournament coverage, the network announced Thursday.

Knight, whose 902 career wins makes him the winningest coach in Division I men's college basketball, resigned from Texas Tech on February 4. His duties with the network will begin on March 12 for conference tournaments, and continue through April 7 from San Antonio, site of the 2008 NCAA Final Four.

Knight will also appear on ESPN's Selection Sunday specials, and provide commentary throughout the NCAA Tournament.

"I think ESPN has been real good for college basketball and I look forward to working with some of their people who I have known a long time," Knight said in a release.
