Brett Walrath's mangled bicycle leans against the jury box as testimony continues in the retrial of Callie Long.

She's accused failure to stop and render aid in the death of the 29 year old cyclist in August of 2003.

In court on Thursday, the jury heard the 911 tapes, one from a friend of Walrath, another from Callie Long herself.

Records show that her call was made nearly ten minutes after the wreck.

We also heard testimony from several police officers who responded to the scene.

They say long failed three field sobriety tests.

The defense argued that an uneven surface, stress, bright lights, and news cameras could have distracted her, but the prosecution made the point that none of those things would have altered her blood alcohol content.

Test revealed that was .13, more than twice the legal limit.

Local cotton farmer Chris Winn was the last to testify.

He was with Long that evening, at a party, then at the Outback Steakhouse.

He testified that he hit Walrath soon after long, but he stopped at the scene

"It was the right thing to do," said Winn on the stand.

Now testimony begins with Winn Friday morning.
