Testimony continues in the retrial of former Lubbock realtor Callie Long.

She's accused of failure to stop and render aid in the death of 29-year-old bicyclist, Brett Walrath.

On August 27, 2003 Walrath and his friend, Antoine Alexander, were riding their bikes on the shoulder of the access road for Loop 289.

Walrath was hit first by Callie Long, then again by former radio talk show host, Chris Winn.

Winn stopped at the scene, and is not charged with any crime.

Long did not immediately stop, but did call 911 several minutes later.

Evidence revealed some discrepancy of when how long after the wreck she made that call.

Walrath died from his injuries five months later, leaving behind his pregnant wife.

Their child is now four years old.

In court on Friday, the jury heard from doctors, a forensic scientist, and another police officer.

They saw pictures of Walrath's body, and watched the dashcam video from the time police encountered Long until she was removed from the police vehicle.

Testimony continues Monday morning.
