The fate of Callie Long is now in the hands of a Lubbock jury for the second time.

Long is the former Lubbock realtor accused of failure to stop and render aid in the death of 29-year-old bicyclist Brett Walrath.

Tuesday was the last of five days of testimony.

In closing arguments, the prosecutor, Rod Hobson, recalled six witnesses not involved in the accident, all who stopped and tried to help.

Hobson said Long was only concerned with herself, and not Brett Walrath.

Long's attorney, Dan Hurley, said that is simply not true.

He said the 911 tapes and the dashcam revealed that she asked about the victim at least five times, but no one gave her any indication of the severity of the wreck.

He said Long did stop and render aid to the best of her ability.

The jury will resume deliberations Wednesday morning.
