Pipeline Easements

The Lubbock City Council appointed former-mayor Marc McDougal to secure the easements for the Lake Alan Henry Pipeline.

According to Water Utility officials, the pipeline will go through roughly 130 properties.

McDougal will be negotiating with landowners over the next several months.

I negotiations hit any walls, the city can use imminent domain.
