Late Tuesday evening police announced 19-year-old Nathan Lemer is wanted on capital murder charges for the stabbing death of Brad McIver, also 19-years-old.  McIver was found murdered inside his Indiana Village apartment on March 17th.  Investigators say evidence left at the scene proves Lemer was there and was involved in killing McIver. For now, they will only say the victim and suspect were acquaintances and a motive is still unclear.

Capt. Greg Stevens with the LPD says, "There are several things that could have ultimately led to the killing of the victim. Obviously, we're hoping that once we arrest the suspect we can get some more Information about why this occurred."

Lemer is considered armed and dangerous.  Police advise if you know where he is, do not approach him.  Instead, you should call the Crimeline at 741-1000.
