Plainview, Texas: Lubbock Christian scored three runs
in the bottom of the eighth to tie the score at 6, then Jaime Armendariz got a
base hit to left center to knock in the winning run with two out in the bottom
of the ninth for the Chaps.
LCU advances to play the winner of OCU/WBU at 7
p.m. Thursday. Oklahoma Baptist will play USAO at 4 p.m. on Thursday in an
elimination game.
