The race for the District 2 City Council seat is turning ugly.  On Wednesday, Floyd Price's campaign released papers disclosing Armando Gonzalez's criminal background.  Price's campaign says Gonzalez has been breaking laws for the last 25 years, Including writing bad checks, resisting arrest, and driving with a suspended license.

Price says he has a spotless background and he believes anyone running for a public office should have the same.

On Thursday, Gonzalez admitted to making some mistakes in his past, but he says Price has failed to adequately represent the people of District 2.

Election Day is May 10th and keep in mind Gilbert Salinas is also running in the District 2 race.
