We now know who will be representing Districts 2 and 4 on the Lubbock City Council. First the heated race between District 2 incumbent Floyd Price and his opponent Armando Gonzales. We had the run-off because neither candidate got more than 50% of the votes in Mays election. The runoff election was also extremely close with Price topping Gonzales by just over 100 votes. And in to District 4, council woman Phyllis Jones made the decision not to run again, leaving the seat open for a new member.
