Process Set for Claiming Coins Consigned With Ed Chauncey

By: Nick Ochsner
Updated: January 23, 2012
Customers who had coins on consignment with Ed Chauncey when his shop was closed have until January 31st to claim their coins.

A judge has ordered claims be submitted to a third-party, who will then handle processing the claims and giving the coins back.

If you think you have coins that were taken from Ed Chauncey's shop, you are advised to hire an attorney, but it is not necessary.

You can find more information and the claim form on the county's website.
