Shawnee Clay is a partner with the Real Estate Company and says theres no reason to stay out of the market right now. "Theres just not any reason not to sell your property, unless you know that youve been in it such a short time that you would come up being upside down in it. You just need to keep it a little longer," says Clay. She also believes the best way to make money is to invest it into your home.
