Who is Mickey Patterson?

According to state records, Mickey Patterson was an employee of the Lubbock State School and worked with the now missing Peggy Merimon and the murdered Kay Harrelson.
His files say he was a competent and honored worker.
Shortly after the disappearance of Merimon and Harrelson, Patterson was considered a suspect by police.
Patterson has never been charged in either incident.
Patterson later resigned from the Lubbock State School after a year of paid administrative leave.
Except for a brief encounter with KLBK staff, Patterson has not been seen by any members of the media and has not responded to any of KLBK's inquiries.
The Merimon family hopes the current wrongful death suit may shake some details about the day Peggy and Kay disappeared back in August of 2006.
