The Estacado Matadors had a tough week as Robert Johnson went down with a knee injury, And the Matadors might be looking at the rest of the season without their standout rusher, But tonight it was next man up against Snyder.

Estacado was to avoid giving Snyder their first win of the season, without ROJO.

In the first, Snyder went up 7-0.

But Estacado running back Tamory Terry would go up the middle for a 15-yard gain, But the next play, Tamory Terry fumbled the ball, ending the first quarter.

In the second, Snyder QB Brandon Davis has wheels, with the keeper down the sideline for a 50-yard touchdown.

Estacado had an answer though, and his name was Jalen Tennyson with a 25-yard run. That set up a 5-yard touchdown pass to Tamarick Courtney 13-7 at that point.

As Snyder would go on to win this one by a final of 25-22
