Tech Soccer Continues To Dominate At Home

Well it is definitely not Iowa State's weekend. This afternoon Tech soccer also closed the door on the Cyclones, improving to 2-1 in conference play and 10-3 overall.

Early on Jessica Disabella finding Janine Beckie, she fires and scores, 1-0 Tech early. Later in the first, Iowa State shooting and Tech called for a handball in the box. That sets up Theresa Kucera with the penalty kick, getting it past Victoria Esson and tying the game.

But Tech starting strong in the second half, Beckie again finding Paige Strahan, she puts it in as she falls down and that was all Tech needed. They win this one 2 to 1 and remain a perfect 6-0 at the John Walker Soccer Complex.
