Red Raiders Hosting the Lady Chaps in a Battle for Lubbock

A battle for territory here in Lubbock earlier today. Tech Texas Women's Softball took on Lubbock Christian. Top of the 1st the Red Raiders started off strong as Brittany Talley strikeout a Chap and another strikeout right after that to end the inning. Bottom of the 1st Sandy James base hit both and both runners were stranded, no score yet. Top of the 3rd Tech showed a little defense that turned the 6-4-3 double play to end the inning. Bottom of the 4 Tech went up 1-0, Gretchen Aucoin grounded out while Katelynn Williams slides in safely from 3rd tech goes on to win 2-0.
