Abernathy defeats Tulia 14-7

Over to Abernathy where the antelopes are coming off a big win against Springlake-Earth. Theyre still not quite to district play but theyre getting another chance at home against Tulia who is making the trip south.        

Abernathy with only one loss this season is trying to keep it going.

After an early Abernathy touchdown Tulia goes to work. Jon Martinez looking for the open man and it's Ross Keeter in the endzone to tie it up at 7.

But the antelopes responding, Garrett Royal dropping back but can't find anyone so he takes off and makes it down to the 25-yard line. That worked well for Royal so he does it again taking it himself, finding the hole, and heads up the sideline all the way for touchdown to put Abernathy up 14-7.

Abernathy holds on 14-7
