Frenship Knocks Off Monterey

Let's get to a huge match-up right here in Lubbock, Frenship vs. Monterey. A district ballgame this year, in what looks to be a very competitive District 4-4A.
Monterey coming off a tough loss to Hereford and it only gets
harder tonight. Frenship first drive, Trevor Lloyd fakes the handoff and he'll keep it for a ten-yard gain and a first down.
A couple of plays later still Frenship ball, Trevor Lloyd will handoff this time to Bryan Arredondo, he'll take it in for the TD and a fumbled snap will end in no extra-point. Frenship with an early lead 6-0.
Later in the half the Tigers again
and this time D-Maujeric Tucker on the carry, finding the endzone to increase
the lead 12-0. But on the next play they're
going for two, Lloyd with the jump pass but Marcus Hopson is there and he takes
it to the 20.
Frenship wins by a final of 29-10.
