8 Years Later, Cooper Murders Still Unsolved

Tammie Cooper and her three children, 11 year old Mahogany, and 9 year old twins Kashiem and Kadiece were brutally murdered in 2004 in their East Lubbock Apartment.
Investigators have not closed the case but they only have one lead.
A black male was spotted at the Cooper's apartment around 11 pm the night before. He goes by the name of Butch.
Madison Park Apartments, formerly Windcrest Estacado the site of the crime, said they no longer wish to comment on the case.
