James Dora sits in the Lubbock County Jail, on a variety of charges.

Back on October 13, Police got a 'Shots Fired' call at the Top Hatz Club around 2:00 that morning. The club is at 2802 parkway drive.

Police say Dora shot a person at the club, who was taken to UMC in a private vehicle.
The person was at the time in critical condition, but later improved.

Dora was already in custody on unrelated charges when police filed charges relating to the Top Hatz shooting.

With all of his charges, Dora sits in jail on a $165,000 bond.
