Freshmen Janine Beckie Has Done it Again

Congratulation is in order for the Texas Tech soccer team as they win in the first round over Kansas today. By the way, this is the first time ever the soccer team has won in the first round of the Big 12 championships.
Just before the game the freshman standout Janine Beckie who by the way, scored the first goal in today's game, was the first Red Raider in program history to be named the Disney Soccer/NSCAA player of the week. This award was giving after becoming rookie of the year, all- big 12 first team, and two time big 12 player of the week. After today's game she surely is living up to the titles.
