A former Red Raider and her Longhorn husband are making a difference half way around the world through their music.
Not too
long ago, the Shipley's were known more for his talents on the football field,
than their vocal talents.
But today, they're making major moves in the music world.
Sunny and Jordan Shipley are singing for fresh water in Uganda.
The pair tied the knot last year and after a less than ideal first year of marriage, the two wrote "Don't Let Me Sink."
Any money the song makes on iTunes will go to Holden Uganda-- a Snyder based non-profit that builds fresh water wells in the east African country.
The Shipley's hope others, who may find themselves among difficult days, are inspired as they were, to make a difference.
The couple hopes to raise enough money from the iTunes sales to build at least one well in Uganda.
Each one costs around $2,000.
