1. Obama Has Slight Edge Over Romney in Final Poll
A final weekend ABC News/Washington Post tracking poll shows President Obama with a narrow lead over Governor Romney - 50 percent to Romney's 47 percent. The president will spend Election Day in his home state of Illinois with a game of basketball with his friends, a tradition for Obama, while Romney will head to the battleground states of Ohio and Pennsylvania for one final push on the campaign trail.

3. Gas Prices Rise for NY, NJ Residents
A week after Sandy hit, gas prices have increased 10 cents per gallon or more in the New York City area and parts of New Jersey. However, across the U.S., the price of gas fell 7 cents this past week and almost nine percent in a month to $3.47 per gallon.
4. More Than 1M Still Without Power in Wake of Storm
Superstorm Sandy has killed at least 106 people in the United States. Power outages now stand at more than 1 million, down from a peak of 8.5 million after the storm hit the east coast early last week.

Scientists are amazed by a cockatoo that is able to make tools such as wooden rakes out of beams and sticks. Figaro uses the rakes to inch food within reach. His hidden talent became apparent when he was being observed as part of a problem solving study.
