Big 12 Commissioner Reprimands Tuberville

Big 12 commissioner publicly reprimands Texas Tech coach Tuberville for his incident with a graduate assistant on the sideline of the Red Raiders' win against Kansas on Saturday.

The commissioner says he doesn't consider Tuberville's action Saturday a slap and that as he far as he is concerned, the matter is closed.
