1. General Investigated for Emails to Petraeus Friend
Top American commander in Afghanistan General John Allen is under investigation for alleged "inappropriate communications" with Jill Kelley, the woman who reportedly received harassing emails from the woman who had an extramarital affair with General David Petraeus. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta said the FBI notified the Pentagon of the matter on Sunday.

3. Owner Cites Furnace in Deadly Home Explosion
A homeowner said Monday that a furnace could be to blame for a deadly explosion that rocked an Indianapolis neighborhood over the weekend. Officials have also been checking gas lines in the area.
4. NJ to Stop Rationing Gas
New Jersey will stop rationing odd-even gas at 6 a.m. this morning. Just over two weeks after Hurricane Sandy tore through parts of the state, Governor Christie says there is now an abundance of gas supplies and no more lines of drivers waiting to fuel up their vehicles.
5. Tech Wizard Wanted for Questioning in Belize Slay
Police in Belize are looking for John McAfee, the founder of the anti-virus software company McAfee Inc. to question him about the death of his neighbor there who is another U.S. citizen.
