On Sunday the Lady Raiders kicked off a seven-game home stand hosting the Lady Bison of Lipscomb and after a 65-61 loss to New Mexico on Thursday Texas Tech is looking to right the ship in their home opener.

Early in the first, all tied up at 8 and Monique Smalls passes off to Chynna Brown set for the three and she knocks it down to take the lead 11-8.

That starting a 13-point run and here Casey Morris off the steal, dishes it off to Brown who lays it in Tech 21-8.

Now in the second half, Hannah Phillips passes to Presley Stastny and she sinks the three. A few plays later and Phillips wants in as she tacks on three from the baseline to pull within 12.

But Tech will pull away, Kelsi Baker finding an open Monique Smalls for the three and it's good, one of her four three-pointers on the night. She had a game-high 14 points, as the Lady Raiders get the win 61-41.
