Lady Raiders Roll Through BTI With Win Over Nicholls

The Lady Raiders cruising through the Basketball Travelers Invitational which kicked off Friday, here in their own backyard.
Texas Tech beat Southern
Utah 72-54 last night and today they tipped off against Nicholls.
The Lady Raiders down by one early but get things going on a 13-0 run. Casey Morris with the no-look pass to Christine Hyde, and it's 8-7.
Then off a Nicholls miss, Chynna
Brown going coast-to-coast for the lay-up and a 3-point lead.
Then Morris scoring herself hits the 3, 15-7, a game-high 19 for her. And more from the senior on the pull-up jumper. Tech closes the half on a 9-0 run.
Starting strong in the second half, Morris
to Hyde for a 21-point lead, Hyde had 10 and here she comes again cleaning the
glass with the put-back, 46-22.
The Lady Raiders rolling through the tournament with a second win, 78-48.
